I bought a male puppy from Zwinger vom Donau-Ries' "C" litter in November 2005, strictly as a family pet.  Cali (aka "Kona") has grown into a very handsome and regal 85 pound member of the family.  He is very intelligent, quick to learn, and well behaved.  Kona is excellent with people of all ages and has always been very healthy.  He loves playing, walking, running, and swimming.  Passersby frequently comment on his obedience and noble appearance.  Christina at Zwinger vom Donau-Reis has always been very accessible and helpful when I've had questions or needed advice.
